This company if part of a fintech corporate group. It specializes in hedge funds management.
Job Description (tasks)
Your main role will be secretary of the CEO, focusing on the English~related office work. Particularly, you will take care of sales member support and customer support, including management.
・ Office work in English
・Appointment coordination with overseas business partners / various types of negotiations with transactions~related parties
・ PR using SNS for overseas
・General secretary work such as appointment and schedule management
You will also be involved in public relations and recruitment work.
*Most of the employees are in their 20s and 30s, and there are female staff around them, so it is a comfortable working environment.
Conditions
Estimated annual salary: 5 M ~ 6 M JPY
Work location: Tokyo
* Currently, due to Corona, you will start working from home
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (60 minutes break, 8 hours total)
Employment type: Permanent
Annual holidays: 120 days (year-end and New Year summer vacation, paid vacation GW, prenatal / postnatal, childcare, long-term care, special leaves)
Trial period: 3 to 6 months
Overtime: About 20 hours a month (Average)

【募集背景】
業容拡大のため海外との取引が増えたため、当社の海外取引先との窓口担当となり、対外的な日本語⇔母国語のコミュニケーションの品質を向上させることが主な業務です。
【業務内容】
社長室業務のうち、当初は主に通訳翻訳業務全般、当社の海外取引先との窓口担当を担って頂きます。
・海外取引先とのビジネスコミュニケーションのサポート(アポイント調整や会議出席しての通訳等)
・海外取引先向け書類の作成(日本語から母国語) ・海外取引先からの資料の翻訳(母国語から日本語) ・契約書の翻訳(母国語から日本語)
対外的な日本語⇔母国語のコミュニケーションの品質を向上させることが主な業務です。
【応募要件】
・ネイティブ言語(ドイツ語/フランス語/スペイン語/イタリア語/ポルトガル語/ロシア語/韓国語/ベトナム語/インドネシア語のいずれか)
・社内のビジネス会話や読み書きに問題のない日本語スキル
・各種報告書作成、レポートサマリ作成、プレゼン資料作成、契約書の翻訳の経験がある
外国籍の方は上記に加え、以下の要件が必須となります。
・日本語レベル N1取得済み
・日本に在住されている方
・就労ビザ取得済の方
・日本語の履歴書および職務経歴書のご用意が可能な方
・IT業界、マーケティングに経験ある人は尚可
