【Working Style】
The company has an open corporate culture where people discuss architecture on Slack, send pull requests to each other on GitHub, and share knowledge on the internal wiki. They hold weekly study sessions for engineers, such as Go Friday, which any member of the company can participate in, and engineers improve each other's skills.
