Job Requirements

【Prerequisite】
・ Japanese internal communication level or higher * The official language of the company is Japanese
・More than 2 years of team development experience

Experience one or more of the following (more than one experience is welcome): )
・Experience building a development environment using a front-end framework such as React/Vue.js or development experience similar to it
・Experience in building a development environment using a back-end framework, or development experience based on it
・Experience in implementing various automated processes using CI, etc.
・Experience in environment construction and operation using public clouds such as AWS

会社・事業の成長に伴って、増大するトラフィックの制御及び監視、複数サービス間にまたがった機能開発のためのマイクロサービス化など、これまで以上に高度な技術が求められるようになってきており、それを解決できる、もしくはそのレベルに追いついていけるエンジニアを募集。

【仕事内容】
新規サービス、新規機能、既存機能の改善など全ての開発において、設計・構築・開発・評価・運用などフルスタックで開発に携わっていただきます。

お客様向けのサイト、お客様のスタリングを行うスタイリストの管理画面などシステムを内製化しているため開発に携われるプロジェクトは多岐に渡ります。
縦割りの開発ではなく、横断的に 1 つのプロジェクトにおけるすべての開発をすることができます。
1 プロジェクトに対し 1 名のエンジニアが担当するので、裁量の幅が広いのが特徴です。
基本はウォーターフォール型での開発ですが、場合によってはアジャイル開発も行っています。

【具体的な職務内容】
エアークローゼットで開発しているシステム全ての開発を担います。
進め方としては、毎月開発できるキャパを策定しそれに対してすすめる案件を決め、その後各エンジニアの希望や成長の方向性を考えてアサインを決定。
その後プロジェクトの関係者を集めてのキックオフを経て実際に開発を行っていくのが通常のフローとなります。

年俸 500 万円~700 万円※経験により決定
