“Workday” Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Requirements

• 2-3+ years of sales experience with Workday or other HR technology discipline (Workday, SuccessFactors, or other traditional ERP/ATS/talent management system)
• Knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in the functional design process, and complete functional design documentation - Work with customers to define implementation expectations and ensure consistency
• Practical experience gained during HR data migration and/or consolidation projects (e.g., during "to the cloud" conversion projects - current/previous functional HR capacity plus - cohesive, detail-oriented Cohesive, detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
