Job Description
In the greenhouses, the employee is responsible for cutting and harvesting the flowers using special tools such as pruning scissors. Sort harvested flowers (statice) to a certain standard in terms of length and number for shipment to the flower market, and bundle them in a set number of bunches.
In the mornings, the work is focused on flower cutting. In the afternoon, sorting and bundling are done. After the flower cutting is finished, the workers will be assigned to other farm work.
Salary: 900 yen to 1,100 yen per hour
Working hours
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, etc.
Insurance: Workers' accident compensation insurance
