Job Description

Owner Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in NISADE's Property Management Department. It is to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with each owner of a NISADE property. The Owner Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for all owners of NISADE properties and operates as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to each owner.

• Owner Relationship Management – develop close working relationship with all property Owners except Private (non-let) and Commercial Owners.

• Contacts owners by e-mail and phone as necessary.

• Maintains the state of all contracts between the owners and the Company.

• Ensure Owner records are kept up to date, including contact, banking and other key information

• Distribution of Owner Statements monthly and assist with any enquiries of same working closely with Owner Accountants

• Preparation and distribution of annual owner statements and tax preparation for the nominated Tax Accountant

• Act as an intermediary between Tax Accountant and Owner –assist with any enquiries

• Retain an organized and up to date online filing system for all Owners Records

• Handle all pay to Owners Requests and other payments from Owners Trust Accounts (work closely with Owner Accountants)

• Owner Bookings and management of Guest Service requirements– prebooked and in house

• Meet and Greet owner during any owner stay

• Oversee Maintenance issues with owner property in conjunction with Maintenance department • Request approval for maintenance or other expenditure over permitted limit

• Review and ensure all letting agreements are up to date and kept up to date with policy and other changes

• Ensure letting agreements are completed and signed for any new Owners

• Monitor and ensure all agreed terms in the letting agreements • are being met

• Management and distribution of owner Mid-year and End of Season (Annual) Owner Reports

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Standard working days are 5 days per week, might up to 6 days per week with additional pay
