Part Time English Teacher

Job Description

We are J's English Club, an English school mainly for kids, located in Nishinomiya city in Hyogo Prefecture. We are currently looking for a part time teacher for 3:30 to 7:00 Thursday afternoons who can work at our school.

We teach English in very logical ways, so our students all get to be able to hear, speak, read, and write in English. We don't use typical textbooks from abroad because they are not for Japanese learners of English.  As Japanese is very different from English and other Western languages, we use our own textbooks making learning easier on the student and the teacher.

We also do "Team teaching" using a foreign teacher and a Japanese teacher for our kids classes age 5 to 10.

Our main requirements are a positive attitude and that you enjoy working with children of various ages. We offer a friendly, helpful environment  that is beneficial to experienced and new teachers alike.

If you are interested in starting your own school in Japan, working at our school will greatly help you due to our training and being exposed to our teaching methods.
