・For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of ecommerce we offer ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience.
・Japanese companies seeking solutions to improve their advertising strategies towards foreign markets can utilize ZenPromo, our ad consulting service.

Furthermore, ZenPlus has strategically decided to establish a stronger presence in the designer bag industry. To achieve these goals, we are actively seeking a talented marketer to join our ZenPlus marketing team. This marketer will be responsible for advancing ZenPlus's brand recognition through digital marketing efforts and utilizing their knowledge of the luxury bag industry to further enhance trust among our customers.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title
・ZenPlus digital marketer

◆Duties
・PPC advertisements
・SNS management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
・Content Marketing
・Influencer Management
・Email Marketing

◆Sample day at work
9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, read up on current marketing trends
10~11 Catch up: Read and reply to emails, touch base with other team members
11~12 Blog Time: research and work on blog articles.
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Data: Check KPIs and analytics data, cultivate ideas/suggestions to improve, prepare data and topics for meetings
15~17 Focus block: Carry those ideas forward - schedule SNS posts, write content, contact influencers, oversee the status of collaborations and campaigns
17~18 Wrap up: Finish any left over emails, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn't get done, wrap any left over work

◆Employment Type
・Permanent employee (Full Time)
※ Probationary period of 3 months

◆Working Hours
・9:15 ~ 18:15

・Flex time available: Core time 10:00 - 16:00 (8 hours of actual work)
＊Up to 2 hours Lunch break

・Two days off per week. (Saturday, Sunday)
・Year end and new years holidays (4 days)
・Total 26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary
・￥270,000 or more per month（Based on previous experience and ability）
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)
