What you get:

• Job listing duration: 30 days
• Featured level (Highest level): Your job will be shown at the top  tier of all job listings offering higher visibility.
• Featured Status in searches: When job seekers filter or use keyword searches, the Premium package jobs get listed before others. 
• Newsletter / Jobmail Insertion: With over 30,000 subscribing active job seekers, insertion in the weekly newsletter will give you job listing added exposure.
• AI Assessments: Our AI Technology will match the applicant’s cover letter, resume, screening questions and your unique requirements to the job description giving you a report on how well the applicant matches the position.  
• Video Interview: Our automated system asks job seekers a number of set interview questions allowing you to better evaluate a large number of applicants quickly. Save time in scheduling interviews, learn more about the applicant’s personality and soft-skills and get a better insight than what a cover letter and resume can provide.
• English Fluency Assessments: The video interviews are also a spoken English fluency test. JOBS IN JAPAN’s video interview system evaluates spoken English language and returns Grammar, Pronunciation, Vocabulary, and Coherence scores aligned with standard rubrics such as CEFR, IELTS, TESOL, etc. (Japanese language assessment is being developed now. We are excited to launch that feature in due course.)
• Resume bank scout access (50 resumes): Proactively search and contact those job seekers which have allowed their resume information to be seen and contacted by employers. Search by skills, area, language ability, keywords, etc.
• Related Jobs section exposure: Have your job listing information box shown when job seekers view similar positions.
• Social Media (Extended Push): In addition to the normal promotion which we give to all jobs, the Premium Package jobs get more “paid” promotion on our various social media and partner resources.

You get all the options available for Standard Job Postings such as:

• Show listings in “Rich Text” allowing you to put job description information in Bold, italics, underline, bullet points, hyperlinks and much more.
• Photo gallery and video section to better showcase your company and job.
• Interactive map shows the location of the position
• Company Profile listing (Show image)
• Application Destination - Choose between using our applicant management system or have the job application button redirect certain URL (e.g. employer site).
• Screening Questions – In addition to various application filters (i.e. language ability, location, etc), employers can add unique screening questions which jobs seekers are required to answer upon application.
• Application Tracking  System (ATS) -  Our advanced application management page will keep your hiring activities organized and is packed full of features to:
  • Manage your jobs from your account: preview, edit, clone, delete options are available. Edit your job at any time.
  • Application Tracking – all necessary tools to view, tag, sort, message, all the applications. 
  • Resumes can be downloaded for later review.

• Job postings must not contain multiple positions (must be created as separate job postings). One cannot mix full time and part time, prefectures, etc. unless given prior approval.
• In principle, jobs must be listed by prefecture and not have area (i.e. Kanto Jobs) or multiple areas (Position in Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya)
