We are a temporary staffing agency, otherwise known as a dispatch company.
As a dispatch company, My Tomodachi Japan(also referred to as MTJ) connects schools all across Japan that are in need of teachers and foreign staff interested in furthering their career in education.
Successful applicants will be directly hired by MTJ and dispatched to work at schools looking for English teachers. Dispatch locations vary based on the recruitment demand and are specified at the time of job application. Upon successful employment negotiations, applicants are dispatched to specified schools and start working at the schools as representatives and employees of MTJ.
