• 5+ years of professional experience in Video production l Content creation
• Professional portfolio (including graphic work, videos etc.)
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score over 800.
• Filming and video editing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of color grading and log profiles.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (or similar software).
• Familiarity with camera operation and camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms.

◆ Preferred Skills 

• Management experience
• Japanese N3 or above
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Experience with motion graphics and animation

◆Why Are We Hiring?

Having reached 1.8 million users on our main service, our consistent growth has necessitated the creation of new teams and the expansion of existing ones. Currently, we are seeking to strengthen our Creative team by incorporating a Content Creator with proficient video editing skills. As a member of our Creative team, you will have the chance to engage with our large user base and attract new users by putting your creative and artistic talents to use. Your primary responsibility will be to produce videos that promote our company's services on popular social media platforms.

◆Position Title:  Video Editor l Content Creator

◆Duties Include

• Filming both in studio settings and on-location environments.
• Edit video content to a professional standard.
• Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
• Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop video content strategies.
• Apply color grading and log profiles to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Understand and create content suitable for various social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Create motion graphics and animations as needed.

◆Example Day at Work

9~10 Morning routine: Get coffee, say hi to everyone, check your messages from the day before.
10~12 Catch up: Handle outstanding tasks that came in over night
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Meetings / video editing or filming
15~17 Creativity time: discuss current projects and brainstorm new ideas
17~18 Wrap up: Chat with your team regarding the tasks to be completed tomorrow.

◆Employment Type

• Permanent employee (Full Time)

◆Working Hours

• Flex time - Core time from 10:00 - 16:00 with up to 2 hours lunch
  →Two days off per week.
  Year end and new years holidays (4 days)
  26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary

• 270,000-350,000 per month（Based on previous experience and ability）
