Job Requirements
- Japanese level N1/native, English level С1+;
- 1+ year experience as a Customer Support Specialist (сhats, emails, tickets);
- Ability to work morning, day and night shifts;
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ZenDesk, Intercom, etc...)
- Perfect communication and problem-solving skills;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who speaks natively Japanese (remote).
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience;
- Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues, and identify trending problems;
- Report bugs to the technical team.
