Job Description

You will start as a hotel front desk staff, with future opportunities to move into hotel management roles.

After Joining:

  • Front desk duties (check-in / check-out)
  • Reservation handling
  • Planning accommodation packages

In the Future:

  • Full hotel operations management, including:
    • Facility management
    • Procurement of supplies
    • Cleaning operations
    • Negotiation with vendors (room management, etc.)
    • General affairs / HR / accounting

Key Appeal

  • You can actively participate in:
    • Planning travel packages and tours
    • Designing facilities and service areas
  • Collaborate with travel agencies and external partners
  • Propose ideas tailored to the hotel’s location and environment

Working Conditions

  • Work System: Variable working hours (1-year system)
  • Working Hours: 00:00 – 23:59 (8 hours/day, 60 min break)
  • Annual Salary: ¥3.5M – ¥5.0M
  • Salary Type: Monthly (fixed allowances included, no deemed overtime)
  • Probation Period: 6 months (no salary change)

Holidays & Leave

  • Annual Holidays: 114 days
  • Days Off: Shift-based (2 days off per week system)
  • Paid Leave: 10–20 days (minimum 5 days must be used)
