You will start as a hotel front desk staff, with future opportunities to move into hotel management roles.
After Joining:
- Front desk duties (check-in / check-out)
- Reservation handling
- Planning accommodation packages
In the Future:
- Full hotel operations management, including:
- Facility management
- Procurement of supplies
- Cleaning operations
- Negotiation with vendors (room management, etc.)
- General affairs / HR / accounting
Key Appeal
- You can actively participate in:
- Planning travel packages and tours
- Designing facilities and service areas
- Collaborate with travel agencies and external partners
- Propose ideas tailored to the hotel’s location and environment
Working Conditions
- Work System: Variable working hours (1-year system)
- Working Hours: 00:00 – 23:59 (8 hours/day, 60 min break)
- Annual Salary: ¥3.5M – ¥5.0M
- Salary Type: Monthly (fixed allowances included, no deemed overtime)
- Probation Period: 6 months (no salary change)
Holidays & Leave
- Annual Holidays: 114 days
- Days Off: Shift-based (2 days off per week system)
- Paid Leave: 10–20 days (minimum 5 days must be used)
