What is the job about?
- プロダクトのユーザースト―リー作成やソリューション策定
- プロジェクトのマネジメント全般(上記プロジェクト管理だけでなく、チームマネジメントやプロジェクト進行する上で開発以外の必要な作業すべて)
- 開発プロセス改善の検討および遂行
- レトロスペクティブ(KPT など)で課題の洗い出し、改善策の検討実施

- 下記1か2の経験どちらかある方
1 - エンジニアとして Web アプリケーション開発経験 2 年以上お持ちの方(上流から下流までの要件定義から実装、テスト実施までの開発の一連の流れを 2~3 回ほど経験している。)
2 - PM、ブリッジエンジニアなどの経験 2 年以上お持ちの方(上流から下流までの要件定義から実装、テスト実施までの開発の一
連の流れを 2~3 回ほど経験している。エンジニアの仕事を理解できている方。) - 何らかのリーダー経験や管理経験をお持ちの方(2~3名ほどの小規模で可、エンジニアをまとめ上げた経験など)
