About HTM
HTM is the largest property and asset manager in Japan’s most international ski resort, Niseko. We employ people in a wide range of front office and back office roles and combine hard work with great fun to give our staff a great experience, support and training in this unique place.
HTM started in 2001 from a love and fascination with Niseko, Hokkaido and Japan and a desire to live, work and play in this wonderful place and community.
We continue our love affair with Niseko and it is something that unites all our team; full time and seasonal, Japanese and international.
