About HTM

HTM is the largest property and asset manager in Japan's most international ski resort, Niseko. We employ people in a wide range of front office and back office roles and combine hard work with great fun to give our staff a great experience, support and training in this unique place.

HTM started in 2001 from a love and fascination with Niseko, Hokkaido and Japan and a desire to live, work and play in this wonderful place and community.

We continue our love affair with Niseko and it is something that unites all our team; full time and seasonal, Japanese and international.

HTM's brands include:

Ki Niseko – a boutique 96-room condo hotel with onsen and restaurant. Designed specifically to operate for both the international and domestic markets in winter and summer

Niseko Central – With 900 beds through 170 condominiums and resort homes in over 40 buildings, this is the largest portfolio of properties in Niseko.

GoSnow – In the first season, GoSnow grew from nothing to over 55 full-time instructors and served over 5,500 lessons to international guests of the resort. In winter 2015/16, the school provided over 12,000 lessons with 110 instructors. With the high demand of lessons, GoSnow will grow to 200 instructor in 16/17, with growth expected to continue in the 17/18 season

Experience Niseko – Experience Niseko's magazine is available all across Niseko, and is placed for free throughout the community through local stores, restaurants, supermarkets, activity centres and cafes. The magazine is also distributed to over 5,000 guest-check-ins and tens of thousands of visitors passing through GoSnow, as well as being

Sky-Express – HTM recently acquired the largest provider of private transfer services in Niseko: Skybus. HTM will re-brand the business to Sky-Express and expects to drive continued growth in business.
