【 Job Description 】

There company is looking for group managers in the business division that has the latest media content areas such as web services and smartphone apps that can be said to be the origin of the software testing business.

Sales are expanding by about 150% every year, and the company is in a growth phase where the number of projects and employees continues to increase. While establishing relationships with customers, you will be responsible for the following operations to establish a quality assurance scheme within the customer in accordance with the management strategy.

・ Strategy planning and promotion in account
・ Customer service
-Customer service
-Sales management for customers in charge (sales, costs, gross profit)
・ Organization management
-Multiple project management within customer
-Account team team building
-Evaluation of account team members
-Procurement of human resources

【 Requirements 】Either:

• Over 300 million yen project management experience at an IT consulting company or major SIer
• Project experience in web application development for more than 3 years

▼ Project examples
・ Several projects were running in the rain in May, there were no specifications, there was a problem with the quality of the implementation, and it took a long time to investigate the timing of the failure. In addition to understanding the specifications, we conducted a development work process analysis to solve the cause of the failure, timing, and personalization, and achieved quality improvement. In addition, as a result of reviewing and restructuring the process that allows part of the development and testing to be performed in parallel, we succeeded in reducing the development period by 17%, leading to release compliance and removal of people.
