【 Job Description 】

You will be in charge of research, optimization, design and construction of server infrastructure for services in company-wide business. (Base technologies: Nginx, Unicorn, MySQL, Memcached, Redis, Fluentd, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Design, construction and operation of servers, networks, databases, clouds, etc.
• Architecture up to the middleware layer, redundancy design, load countermeasure design, construction
• Middleware performance management (load situation analysis, performance tuning, cost effectiveness maximization)
• Research and development of common basic technologies
• Research and development related to internal analysis and improvement of middleware and OS

< Development environment >

• Cloud: AWS, IDCF, IIJ GIO
• OS: CentOS
• Middleware: MySQL, Redis, Memcached, etc.
• Monitor: Mackerel, Zabbix, Consul
• Configuration management: Terraform, Chef, Ansible, etc.                                                                                     * Configuration management is performed using Infrastructure as Code as a policy.

【 Requirements 】

• Knowledge of Linux / MySQL
• Linux server construction experience (more than 2 years)
• Coding experience in Ruby, Python, etc.                                                                                                                    * Even if you have no infrastructure experience, you are also welcomed as a server-side engineer who has experience in development with Ruby, Python, etc. and who is interested in doing infrastructure!

• Construction and operation experience of large-scale RDBMS environment based on MySQL, advanced knowledge about Unix environment
• Knowledge about OSS
• Virtual server construction and operation experience
• Knowledge and experience of high load environment
