We are looking for more members who can play a key role in the expansion of the Japanese business of an online payment service that boasts a high level of satisfaction around the world.
We mainly handle inquiries (by phone) from foreign client companies that use payment services on behalf of our clients.
Job Requirements
Japanese language skills︓JLPTN1 certification required
Working experience in Japan: minimum 1 year required
English skills︓Business to native level (TOEIC 800 or above) or equivalent skills (e.g. used in current position)
Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
Basic PC skills and IT literacy
Basic PC skills and IT literacy -Touch typing, business email, Excel (to the extent that functions can be researched and used), PPT, Word (creation and input)
-IT and internet literacy to the extent that you can research and use what you don't know.
You will use many IT tools in your work.
-Chat communication via slack, skype, etc.
